Big Sky Resort uses variable pricing on lift tickets so prices are subject to change and buying your tickets well in advance of your trip is strongly recommended. 



You have the option for your lift tickets to be mailed to you.  

If you do not have your tickets mailed to you then you will have to drive to “Mountain Village” (Big Sky Resort’s main ski base area) and take your receipt of purchase to the ticket window to obtain your passes. This could entail long lines and provide significant frustration on your first day of vacation.

As a guest staying at one of our properties, we are happy to assist you by accepting delivery on your behalf: packages, luggage or ski gear directly to our office in Big Sky Montana.  A $25 handling fee, per delivery, will be charged by Travel Big Sky Vacation Rentals which includes delivery of package to your property pre-arrival and pick up and drop off to shipper upon departure.  This will be charged to your guest reservation on day of delivery.  If additional deliveries are required during your stay a $25 (per delivery) feel will apply to your guest reservation.

Please note:  We cannot accept packages through USPS (US Postal Service).

Return shipping after your vacation you MUST provide pre-paid/printed return shipping labels. You must also have your items packaged and ready to be picked up by the shipper. Labels must be attached.

If our staff must drive your items to Fed Ex in Bozeman or Mail and More in Big Sky to package items or get labels a handling charge WILL apply.

Minimum charge for this service is $25 plus the cost of the label.

If we must drive to Bozeman the minimum charge starts at $75.
Please keep in mind that there is NO Fed Ex or UPS facility in Big Sky. We have no way to use third party account information to get your labels for you.
No fee will be charged if you follow shipping instructions correctly.

Please note: Check for all your personal belongings. Please keep in mind while we’re happy to ship lost and found items back to you at your expense, a $25 processing fee will apply. Your items will be shipped back to you 48 hours after they are recovered.

Please note that UPS and FED EX may not recognize this address, but it is valid and we receive packages on a daily basis.
